The deal, in plain words

Last updated 9 August 2026. TinyHub is in beta, and these terms say so honestly rather than pretending otherwise.

1. Who this is between

TinyHub ("we", "us") is operated by Fabrik77 AB (org. nr 559411-8449, VAT SE559411844901), a Swedish company with its registered office in Luleå. Postal address: Kungsgatan 20, 972 34 Luleå. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you're using TinyHub on behalf of a company, you're confirming you may agree on its behalf.

2. TinyHub is in beta

The product is under active development. Features will change, some will be removed, and there will be bugs. We don't offer an uptime guarantee at this stage. Please keep this in mind before making TinyHub the only place something important lives — and note that you can export everything, at any time, on any plan.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. One account is one person — don't share a login with a colleague; invite them instead.

4. Your content stays yours

Everything you put into TinyHub — tasks, notes, calendar events, time entries, files — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in ourprivacy policy. We don't use your content to train anything, and we don't sell it.

5. What we ask of you

Don't use TinyHub to break the law, to store or distribute malware, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack the service or other users. If you do, we may suspend the account — and we'll tell you why.

6. Paying (when that starts)

TinyHub is free during beta and nothing is being charged today. When charging begins we'll give clear advance notice before any payment is taken. The intended model is published on our pricing page: workspaces are free, one or two people in a workspace is free permanently, and you pay per workspace once a client's team joins you in one. Where a plan applies, subscriptions renew on the 1st of the month, mid-month upgrades are charged only for the days remaining, and downgrades take effect at the start of the next month.

7. Workspaces, ownership and leaving

A workspace has an owner — by default whoever created it — and ownership can be transferred to another member. This matters if you set workspaces up for clients: you can hand one over and leave without disrupting their work, and without taking it with you. Removing yourself from a workspace doesn't delete the workspace or its contents.

8. Ending it

You can stop using TinyHub whenever you like and export your data on the way out. We may close an account that breaches section 5, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and time to export.

9. The legal necessaries

TinyHub is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

10. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll tell you before the change takes effect rather than silently editing this page.
