Pricing
Workspaces are free.
You pay for people.
Being a user is free. Having as many client workspaces as you like is free. What costs money is collaboration — when a client's team joins you inside a workspace, that workspace goes paid. Nothing else is metered.

How it works
- The workspace is what's billed, not your account. Each client workspace has its own plan. If you run four clients and only one has their team in TinyHub, you pay for one.
- Two people in a workspace is always free. You and one other — a client contact, a collaborator — costs nothing, forever.
- Being invited costs you nothing. You only ever pay for workspacesyou own. Joining someone else's is always free, however many there are.
- Ownership is transferable. Set a workspace up for a client, hand it over when the project is theirs, and the plan goes with it. You can leave without taking their work with you.
- Your personal workspace is yours alone and can't have other people in it — so it's always free.
- Everything renews on the 1st. One charge date, however many workspaces. Upgrade part-way through a month and you only pay for the days remaining.
What stays free on every plan
Your history and your export. You can download everything in a workspace — tasks, projects, notes, calendar and time — as a single file, at any time, on any plan, including Free. We don't think it's reasonable to hold your own work hostage to a subscription, so we don't.
Questions we'd rather answer up front
Will the free plan get worse? No. One or two people in a workspace is free permanently, and it isn't a crippled tier — it's the whole product.
What happens when a workspace crosses into paid? We ask you first. Adding a third person will always show you what it costs before it happens, never after.
Are these prices final? No, and we'd rather say so than pretend. They're our honest current intent. If they move before we start charging, we'll say why.
